How do I prepare for my session?
You will receive a Style Guide which includes tips and tricks to help you prepare. This also includes my curated client wardrobe which is available to use with each booking and helps to take the stress out of choosing your outfit.
A questionnaire will also be included in your confirmation email. This helps me get to know you better so I can tailor a session just for you!
I take a go with the flow approach to my sessions - with plenty of directive thrown in. My number one tip for families? - leave your expectations at the door. Let kids be kids. Hold them, hug them, kiss them and breathe them in. Be in the moment. Presence is key. Let go - the session will flow naturally and organically.
What is your turnaround time?
You will receive your final gallery approximately 30 days from the date of your session. Previews will be sent within the first 3-5 days of your session.
I believe in quality over quantity. I edit and perfect every single image in your gallery with the utmost precision and care. I pour my heart into my art. This takes time so please do be patient with me.
Do you offer payment plans?
I am happy to offer payment plans especially on the larger packages. If this is something you would like to discuss please make a note of it in your enquiry.
Do you offer prints?
Absolutely! Photos were not created to be viewed on a screen. They were made to be printed and hung on walls for you to enjoy every single day. If you wish to print your memories please contact me for my price list. I use Australia’s oldest and most trusted printing lab who produces extremely beautiful and high quality fine art prints.
Do you travel?
I sure do! I am more than happy to travel for your session. Depending on location, a travel fee may apply. Please contact me to discuss.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available for any dollar amount to go towards a session of the recipients choosing or for the cost of a session. They have an 18 month expiry date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, to secure your chosen date a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date is not secure until this has been paid.
